Quality and technical standards
1. The products provided by Party B must conform to the product performance and product quality standards specified by the original factory.
2. The technical indicators of the products provided by Party B shall conform to the national or ministerial standards.
3. Unless otherwise required by Party A, specifications, configuration, functions, components and other requirements of the goods shall be based on the specifications provided by Party B and statements by Party B's personnel and other documents.
After-sales service
1. The products provided by Party B shall be guaranteed according to the standards negotiated by both parties. The warranty period is calculated from the date of delivery and the warranty period is one year.
2. Within the product quality guarantee period, in case of product quality problems, Party A has the right to request Party B to repair or replace the products free of charge; In case of improper use by Party A's personnel, Party B shall also provide maintenance services in time, provided that Party A shall bear the travel expenses and material costs of Party B's personnel.
